OrganizationOrganization:

  The division governor manages the division by order of the city mayor. The management is carried out by 4 offi-
  ces: civil affairs, social affairs, economic affairs and conscription affairs. In addition, the secretariat office is to
  take care of personnel and the governor's errands.

Business and ResponsibilitiesBusiness and Responsibilities:

  1.Civil Affairs Office: In charge of self-administration, land registration, education, election, collaboration,
   hygiene, custom, and other related civil businesses.

  2.Social Affairs Office: In charge of low income households, medium-low income households, elders pension,
   application of aides for the mental and physical challenged, women of misfortune and dependenceless children,
   emergency and other social aides, community business, model awarding, national health insurance, funeral
   service administration, and other related social welfare businesses.

  3.Economic Affairs Office: In charge of taxes, farming and tree planting, agriculture, fishing, industrial
   business,civil engineering and other related manufacturing and construction businesses.

  4.Conscription Affairs Office: In charge of conscription administration, servicemen in control, civil forces
   organization, military business and replacement of conscription recruitment.

  5.Accountant Director: In charge of yearly accounting, daily accounting and calculation businesses by law.

  6.Personnel Clerk: In charge of personnel businesses by law.

  7.Businesses of government ethics, researches and errands are appointed to management by the secretariat
   office by order of the division governor.
